Welcome to Washington Secondary School

Washington Secondary School is Washington Public Schools’ newest High School, completed in August 2012 in time for the new school year. WSS boasts modern sports facilities and grounds, state-of-the-start, student-friendly technology centers, and a great faculty of ambitious teachers ready to give Washington County students the best High School experience.

Washington Secondary School was built to serve our fast growing community; more than 60% of our students are from families who’ve lived in Washington County for less than two years. In order to meet the needs of 21st century learning trends, our High School offers numerous modern TSTEM programs that will ensure that your child becomes a successful member of our increasingly technologically-enabled society.
